Could you give a synopsis of the features of ABC school?
The first and foremost quality of our school is that we ensure an amicable environment for our learners. We focus not only on the academic performance of the students but also intensify their extracurricular activities, so they can acquire mental and physical aspects of learning. Our students are good at sports like cricket, indoor games & music.

What are the efforts made by the school for its quality enhancement?
We are now teaching our students through e-class since digital education has been our great priority, which is also a demand for technological advancements in the world. I would like to suggest our valued parents that the students should be motivated to escalate their skills which they are interested in. We should not coerce our students to do what they feel reluctant at. So we focus on such practices that motivate and increase their mojo for learning.

How would you acknowledge the achievements of your students?
Last year, one of our students attained the stratospheric niche in the S.L.C. amid his contemporaries of Banke district scoring 3.92 GPA, and now he is studying at NIST College in full scholarship. Our students have achieved the first position in various sporting events in the district as well. 

What sorts of reforms have you made since your appointment as principal?
We established our own infrastructure in the school under my leadership. The quantity of students is also increasing day by day. I have also been awarded an Education Award from the ministry of education, which has played a vital role to boost our goodwill in the short span of time. 

Where can we see ABC residential school in the next five years?
We are intending to start bachelor level programs soon if time and situation favors us. We are also trying to maintain quality in our education system by adopting new technology. We are thinking of initiating the programs which would be appreciated and afforded by every student irrespective of their different economic backgrounds. 

All in all, what is the current situation of boarding schools in Banke district?
The condition of boarding school in Banke is not so satisfactory as it should be. The mushrooming of the boarding schools have engulfed the district; however, the concerned authority is reluctant to supervise and set the framework of a good educational institute. Mostly, the schools have been established in congested areas, which cannot satisfy either students or parents. As a result, the status quo of such schools is plummeting day by day. Moreover, the trend of unhealthy brawls among schools is another disheartening matter for all of us. Nonetheless, PABSON has been making its efforts to diminish such egregious conducts of the schools, but it has succumbed to political interferences. And only commitment does not lead to the improvement of schools. Most of the schools are driven by short term priority for the students and parents; they lack the long-term vision to educate the young learners.

What inspired you to get involved in the education sector?
I have been interested in the education field since childhood. I used to play the role of teacher amid my mates during my early education. As my interest in becoming an academician was immense, that enthusiasm led me to get entailed in the education sector.
