Dynamic Secondary School is an academic institution, established with the core objectives of imparting quality education to the students in various disciplines. Dynamic has been established and administered by a group of educators who have had long experience in different academic fields. It has been running plus two programs in Management and Education. The school is a well-reputed organization that has been able to enroll for more number of students than other schools in Banke district. It provides quality education through a series of interaction programs amid the students and their exposure and participation in various field visits to the industrial area. Moreover, Dynamic has maintained its legacy of good academic performance in plus two board examinations. It was found with the core objectives of imparting quality education to the students in several disciplines. Dynamic School has been managed by a group of pioneer educators who have had decade-long experience in different academic fields.

Dynamic Multiple College was founded on the same school premises under the supervision of the management of Dynamic. Dynamic Multiple College offers B.Ed. program accredited by Tribhuvan University. The B.ed. the curriculum at Dynamic focuses on both empirical and theoretical knowledge covering national and global teaching and education issues. In order to achieve this objective, the college holds periodical seminars and discussion programs on current issues and problems. The students are not only acquainted with the school activities but also get opportunities to visit other educational institutions.
Spread over 0.83 acres of a swathe of territory, Dynamic has three earthquake-resistant buildings, well-managed and spacious ground where a range of sporting events can be organized.
