Province 1 has made a tremendous progress in the field of education due to untiring efforts and contributions of private academicians. Itahari, Damak, Birtamod, Biratnagar, Dharan, etc are the education hubs in Province 1. Subijimur has earned trust of the parents and the students as an institution of quality education in Biratchowk. We have focused on exploring the hidden talents of students and making them participate in different competitions with a view to develop their confidence.

The government has not still created the private-institution friendly environment in spite of invaluable contributions of the private sector to the field of education. So, for bringing about a convincing change to the field of education in Nepal, the awareness level of all people should be increased. Similarly, the government should be clear not only about its plans, policies, strategies and ongoing situation also it needs to work hard to address and recognize need and aspiration of people. The government should develop a concept that students, who are either studying in government schools or private schools, should be treated equally. So, the government should introduce encouraging education policy and create amicable environment in order to flourish private and public schools fairly. The prime need of today is to bring such an education policy where both private and public schools can flourish commensurately.
