Makalu Technical College was established in 1996 AD as a privately-owned technical college; especially for nursing education. It is located in Inaruwa, Sunsari district of Nepal. It is affiliated to the council for technical education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) and recognized by Nepal Nursing Council (NNC).
Makalu Technical College (MTC) offers three years of full-time nursing education such as PCL Nursing (Staffs Nurse) for 40 seats each year. This college also provides scholarship facilities on the basis of merit and quota system.
